Dear All-Star Mobile Auto Detailing community,

First and foremost, we hope you & your family are staying safe and well during these unprecedented times. Next, we'd like to say thanks for continuing to be a valued member of our community. In light of the global public health crisis, here are the measures we are taking to continue protect our clients and ourselves from the transmission of Covid-19:

• Practice social distancing with customers and staying within 6 feet apart. We ask that customers leave us their vehicle unlocked prior to arrival or remotely upon our arrival on-site

• Payments will be contactless & require that you store a card on file, so that when it comes time for processing payment we don’t need to interact and instead we can charge the card that’s already on file or send you an invoice

• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as gloves, masks & sanitizing products will be used by our technicians

• Weekly testing of employees

• If you are experiencing symptoms or think you may have been exposed, please DO NOT book an appointment at this time. This will make sure we’re all staying healthy and can continue to help with the cleaning of your vehicle
