In 2026, we expanded our services to Berks County, PA.

Q: Are walk-ins available?
A: Not at this moment. Since we are a mobile detailing service in Boston, we conveniently come to you and service your vehicle at your home or an agreed upon location.
Q: Are appointments required + How do I schedule an appointment?
A: Appointments are required and can be booked online. Simply choose your preferred date, time, and package, and we’ll confirm your booking. A credit card is required to secure your appointment, but it will not be charged and is for reservation purposes only.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash app, and tap to pay payments. A credit card MUST be stored at the time of booking appointment. We will not charge any amount on your card at this time. The card being stored is per our cancellation and/or no show policy
Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons, to secure your preferred time.
Q: Cancellation + Rescheduling Policy
A: We require at least 48 hour notice from scheduled appointment for cancellations or reschedule. Please note if the appointment is a no-show or cancelled in less than 48 hours, there will be a $100 cancellation fee.
Q: What areas do you serve?
A: We proudly serve the Greater Boston area, covering a 10-mile radius from our Boston office (90 Canal St, West End). Locations beyond this may incur an out-of-coverage fee. Not sure if your town qualifies? Contact us and we’ll confirm for you.
