Q: Are walk-ins available?
A: No. Since we are a mobile detailing service in Boston, we conveniently come to you and service your vehicle at your home or location of choice. We operate within a set radius from our home office at 90 Canal St., ensuring reliable and timely service for all our clients.
Q: Are appointments required + How do I schedule an appointment?
A: Appointments are required and can be booked online or by phone. Simply select your preferred date, time, and package, and we’ll confirm your booking. A credit card is required at the time of booking to reserve the request time.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments. A credit card MUST be stored at the time of booking appointment. We will not charge any amount on your card at this time. The card being stored is per our cancellation and/or no show policy
Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons, to secure your preferred time.
Q: Cancellation + Rescheduling Policy
A: We require at least 48 hour notice from scheduled appointment for cancellations or reschedule. Please note if the appointment is a no-show or cancelled in less than 48 hours, there will be a $100 cancellation fee.
